MRA AGM 2025: A Look Back, A Step Forward
On Tuesday, 19 August 2025, the Melville Residents’ Association (MRA) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) — a powerful evening of community engagement, reflection, and renewed commitment to the vision of a cleaner, safer, and more inclusive Melville.
Held at Kruisgemeente Church, the AGM brought together residents, business owners, civic partners, and new volunteers who believe in making a difference where it matters most: at home. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the success of this event.

Call for Volunteers
Four new volunteers signed up on the night — and we are calling on more residents to get involved. If you feel called to serve your community, please reach out. The MRA is powered by people like you.
Our Mission Is Bigger Than Us
The MRA exists to represent the collective voice of Melville’s residents — and that voice is growing stronger each day. Our efforts are not about ego or power. They are about protecting and nurturing the suburb we call home.
If you’re tired of by-law violations, disrespectful business practices, noise pollution, or lack of city accountability — you are not alone. Join us.
